Psyncopate Technologies, Inc. ("Psyncopate," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and safeguard personal information when you visit www.psyncopate.com (the "Site"), interact with our marketing communications, or otherwise engage with us through our online channels.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and related communications. It does not apply to personal information processed under separate consulting services agreements between Psyncopate and our clients, which are governed by the terms of those agreements.

Psyncopate is headquartered in the United States, and we have offices in the United States, Mexico, and India. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country that has not been deemed by the relevant authorities to provide an adequate level of data protection, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

9.1 General Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

9.2 Texas Residents
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Texas residents have specific rights, including the right to:

- Delete personal data we have collected from you
- Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format
- Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects
If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at info@psyncopate.com. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you may contact the Office of the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint.
9.3 California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you • Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration)
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 14. We will verify your request through a process that may include confirming information you have previously provided to us. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
9.4 EU/UK/Swiss Residents
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights described in Section 9.1, exercisable in accordance with applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry standard for how to respond to such signals, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
