Solutions Architect
Psyncopate Technologies, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking Solutions Architect(s) to design and develop solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and architects.
- Design end-to-end integration and streaming architectures using TIBCO, MuleSoft, Kafka, and Flink.
- Define and document architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and resilient technical solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance across integration and streaming initiatives.
- Architect API-led connectivity solutions and event-driven architectures.
- Design and govern Kafka-based event streaming platforms, including topic strategy, partitioning, and schema management.
- Architect real-time stream processing solutions using Apache Flink for analytics, transformation, and enrichment.
- Lead integration platform modernization and migration initiatives from legacy ESB solutions to event-driven architectures.
- Define coexistence and transition strategies between TIBCO, MuleSoft, and Kafka-based platforms.
- Guide development teams through solution implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural intent.
- Review and approve technical designs, code, and configurations.
- Support performance tuning, scalability planning, and production readiness activities.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Participate in stakeholder discussions, architecture workshops, and technical presentations.
This position does not supervise any personnel or participate in any management decisions, nor does this position plan, direct or coordinate the activities of any personnel.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
- Enterprise integration and distributed systems
- TIBCO (BW, EMS) or related components (TIBCO Adapters, TIBCO RV, SOAP, XML, orXPATH)
- APIs, messaging, streaming, and event-driven architecture
- Cloud and hybrid environments
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Require 5% domestic travel. Work from home is allowed anywhere in the US
